Monthly. The first-month price applies to the first payment of accounts that never had a plan; after that, the monthly price until you cancel.
Annual. The monthly figure is the annual payment divided by 12; the struck price is the monthly plan. Renews every year until you cancel.
Lifetime. A single payment, no renewals, the same monthly credits. The struck price is 120 monthly payments.

Billing questions
Who bills me?
Payments are processed by Freemius, which acts as merchant of record: it is the seller on your receipt, handles the payment and collects the taxes that apply. Your card details never reach Pandora's servers.
Is VAT included?
Freemius calculates the VAT or sales tax that applies where you are and shows the final amount at checkout, before you pay.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account page. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Transforms that need credits stop with a "no credits" message, and nothing is charged automatically. What you have already found stays in your case. You can buy a credit pack or move to a larger plan; your plan credits also renew at the start of the next period.
Do unused credits carry over?
Plan credits renew at the start of each period and do not accumulate. Pack credits and the sign-up credits are used after them and last 12 months. If a transform fails on our side without returning anything, its credits are returned.
Which sources need my own key?
Providers whose terms forbid resale: VirusTotal (public API), Last.fm, osu!, EmailRep (free tier), OpenCorporates (free tier), Shodan (academic membership), Hunter.io. Add your key in the app and those transforms cost 1 credit.
What is the lifetime plan?
A single payment, priced at three annual payments, that keeps the plan and its monthly credits without renewals.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow the policy applied by Freemius as merchant of record, as described in our terms of service.
